The awareness and the acknowledgment of being healthy has never been greater than it is today. Look around and what do you see?, people are walking, running, they're doing some form of exercise. I'm sure some are eating healthy but are they eating the right foods at the right time? Are they eating balanced meals?
Exercising is half of the equation, you must have proper "nutritional protection". What I mean by that is, as you exercise you are not only doing a good thing for your body but you are also putting your body through stress and when your body goes through stress, your body experiences acidosis and oxidation and in turn produces free radicals that can potentially cause serious damage, especially if you have a compromised immune system. This is why it is important to have "nutritional protection". Come back later and I'll explain this in greater length on how you can protect yourself.
